COVID-19 Update

Hello, we hope you are staying well! Here at The Backyard Guys, our prayers are with those around the world that are suffering from and fighting the COVID19 pandemic. Currently we are operational, but we want to keep you updated on how this is affecting us so you can be informed as you shop.

Customer Service: Right now we are working remotely and have changed our hours to accommodate this. We may be a little slower than usual to respond to customer service and sales inquiries but still expect to get back with you within 24 hours. The best way to get in touch is through our Contact Us form. You can also call. If we don’t pick up, you can leave a message with our answering service and we’ll get back with you as quickly as possible.

Order Fulfillment: There have been some interruptions with order fulfillment related to delayed lead times and manufacture stock issues. If there is an interruption and your order is impacted, we will notify you right away.

Lead times may be extended: Due to recent high demand and the nature of shipping our products, the time it takes to ship from the warehouse may be pushed back at times. If the warehouse has to delay their lead times and it impacts your order, we’ll keep you updated.

Availability: Swing sets are currently out of stock. Currently our best guess is 2-3 months before some models become available again.

What you can do: Unfortunately, it’s hard to predict if there will be COVID19 related delays in the coming days and weeks. In the event of a significant delay that impacts your order, you can cancel your order for a full refund as long as it has not yet shipped.
